ISI is Seeking a Rockstar Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Install Solutions is looking for an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This individual must be a rockstar who enjoys wearing many different hats—someone who can cultivate the culture of our company and help steer the ship in the right direction as our company grows.

Job Responsibilities

  • HR Related Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management and Reporting
  • Record Management
  • Invoice & Receipt Entry
  • AR/AP Management
  • Project Management
  • Contract Paperwork
  • Systems Analysis
  • Budget Management

Knowledge/Experience (not required, but definitely a plus)

  • Knowledge of Office Administration
  • Knowledge of HR Management and Supervision
  • Knowledge of Certified Payroll Reporting
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in the Construction Trades Industry

Requirements

  • Pass a background check
  • Apply for Missouri Notary
  • Minimum level of education: Associate Degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years of applicable work experience
